Yes. Essential and Signature cover a single named vehicle. Adding a second vehicle to the same account carries a 15% discount on the second plan onward.
Unused washes roll forward for one calendar month. Beyond that they expire, which keeps scheduling honest for everyone sharing the same crew capacity.
Always. The first visit includes a condition survey with photographs, so any pre-existing damage is documented before a cloth touches the paint.
