Zerovendors to chase
Wash, detailing and mechanical work sit on one contract with one point of contact. The coordination overhead simply stops existing.
Fleet Nexis pairs a professional service network with the platform that keeps it accountable. Book in under a minute, watch the job progress in real time, and settle everything on one invoice.
No account needed to book. No deposit to hold a slot.
Built for the vehicles that have to keep working
Services
Every service is fixed-scope and quoted before it starts. Where something cannot be known in advance — mechanical work, mostly — you get a quote before a spanner moves.
How it works
Booking takes under a minute. After that the only thing you have to do is decide whether you want to watch the progress or ignore it entirely.
Registration or make and model. We size the job from that — a long-wheelbase van is not a hatchback, and the price should say so before you commit.
Choose a centre and a window that suits you, or ask us to come to the vehicle. Fleet accounts set a cadence once and stop thinking about it.
Checked in, photographed, worked on, quality checked. You can follow every stage from the link in your confirmation, or ignore it entirely.
Collect or take delivery, review the photo record, and settle on a single invoice. Recurring accounts are billed monthly in arrears.
The platform
Most vehicle care runs on phone calls, whiteboards and hope. We built the scheduling layer first and the service network around it, which is why the availability you see is real and the paperwork mostly does itself.
Bays, crews and skills are modelled properly, so double-booking is structurally impossible rather than merely discouraged.
Shift patterns, certifications and leave feed the same calendar customers book against. Rosters and availability cannot drift apart.
Every service a vehicle has ever had, with photos, parts and technician notes. Resale conversations get considerably easier.
CSV and PDF by cost centre, date range or vehicle class. No screenshots, no re-keying.
Why it works
None of these are clever. They are simply what happens when the scheduling and record-keeping are treated as the product rather than an afterthought.
Availability comes straight from crew rosters and bay capacity. If the platform offers you 9:30 on Thursday, someone is genuinely free at 9:30 on Thursday.
Every stage is timestamped — checked in, in progress, quality checked, ready. You get a link, not a phone number you have to keep calling.
Condition images before work starts and after it finishes, attached to the job record. Disputes end quickly when everyone is looking at the same evidence.
Consolidated billing with cost-centre tags and CSV export. Finance stops reconciling forty receipts a month from six different vendors.
The same technicians see the same vehicles. They learn which van has the sticky tailgate and which director hates air freshener.
pH-neutral chemistry, plush microfibre, no silicone shine. We optimise for the paint surviving four years, not for how it photographs on day one.
What changes
These are structural consequences of how the service is built, not claims about how much everybody loves us.
FAQ
A longer list lives on the FAQ page, grouped by topic.
Exterior washes are usually available within 48 hours, and often the same day at quieter centres. Interior detailing and paint work need more bay time, so allow three to five days. Fleet programmes are scheduled on a fixed cadence agreed at the start, which removes the question entirely.
Never. Every wash is a two-bucket hand wash with grit guards and fresh microfibre. Spinning brushes are the single largest cause of swirl marks in daily-driven paint, and no amount of speed makes that trade worthwhile.
Ten vehicles for a programme with depot visits and consolidated billing. Below that, multiple Signature plans on one account usually works out better and carries a discount from the second vehicle onward.
Yes. Motor trade road risk and premises cover applies from the moment a vehicle is checked in until it is handed back. Condition photographs at check-in and check-out mean any dispute is settled by evidence rather than recollection.
Book a single service to see how we work, or talk to us about a recurring programme. Both start the same way.
