Booking & scheduling

Exterior washes are usually available within 48 hours, and often the same day at quieter centres. Interior detailing and paint work need more bay time, so allow three to five days. Fleet programmes are scheduled on a fixed cadence agreed at the start, which removes the question entirely.

Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before the slot, from the link in your confirmation email. Inside 12 hours we ask for 50% of the service value, because the crew and the bay have already been held for you.

No. A single service can be booked with just a vehicle, a contact number and a payment method. An account only becomes useful once you want service history, saved vehicles or recurring visits.

Tell us through the tracking link and we will hold the bay for 20 minutes where the day allows. Beyond that we may need to move you to the next available window rather than compress the work.

The work itself

Never. Every wash is a two-bucket hand wash with grit guards and fresh microfibre. Spinning brushes are the single largest cause of swirl marks in daily-driven paint, and no amount of speed makes that trade worthwhile.

Machine correction removes a measured amount of clear coat, so we take paint depth readings before starting and share them with you. If a panel is too thin to correct safely, we say so and recommend protection instead of polishing.

Two to three years with the aftercare we supply, assuming the vehicle is washed properly rather than run through an automatic. We inspect coated vehicles annually at no charge and top up where needed.

Yes, including high-voltage-aware garage work. Our technicians are trained on EV isolation procedures, and centres with EV bays are marked on the locations page. Regenerative braking means brake service intervals differ, and we schedule accordingly.

Fleet accounts

Ten vehicles for a programme with depot visits and consolidated billing. Below that, multiple Signature plans on one account usually works out better and carries a discount from the second vehicle onward.

That is the normal arrangement. Most fleet work happens overnight or at weekends, when vehicles are parked and not earning. Windows are agreed per depot and built into the schedule rather than requested each time.

Every vehicle carries a cost-centre tag. Invoices arrive monthly, itemised by centre, with a CSV export that maps to the fields your finance system expects. If it does not map cleanly, we adjust the export rather than asking you to re-key it.

A live view of which vehicles are due, in progress, completed or off the road, plus spend by cost centre and vehicle class. Quarterly reviews cover cadence, exceptions and anything the data suggests should change.

Practical matters

Yes. Motor trade road risk and premises cover applies from the moment a vehicle is checked in until it is handed back. Condition photographs at check-in and check-out mean any dispute is settled by evidence rather than recollection.

Card and bank transfer for one-off services. Recurring plans run on card or direct debit. Fleet accounts are invoiced monthly in arrears on standard 30-day terms.

If something is not right, tell us within 48 hours and we will re-do it at no charge. That covers workmanship. It does not cover new damage sustained after the vehicle leaves, which the check-out photographs will generally make clear.

Centre bays run to interceptors and licensed disposal. Mobile crews use closed-loop capture mats, which is why we can work in car parks and depots that prohibit open washing.
